My family, TV and friends often remind me: driving without drinking, drinking without driving! I'm sure you hear it all the time and keep it back.
I do have friends around me who have been punished for drinking and whose driver's license has been revoked seriously. But why are some people found drunk the next day after drinking? How long does it take to drive after drinking, but sometimes?
Let me first popularize the standards of drunk driving and punishment
1. There are two types of driving after drinking: driving with alcohol content of 20mg/100ml but less than 80mg/100ml belongs to drinking driving; driving with alcohol content of 80mg/100ml or more belongs to drunk driving. At present, drinking driving is an illegal act, and drunk driving is a criminal act.
Punishment for drunk driving: a fine of 1000-2000 yuan, 12 points and 6 months' temporary suspension of the driver's license; a fine of 5000 yuan, 12 points and less than 15 days' detention shall be imposed for drunk driving of motor vehicles, and the driver's license shall not be obtained again within 5 years.
Penalty standard for drunk driving motor vehicles
Drunk driving punishment: the driver's license shall be revoked, and the driver's license shall not be obtained again within 5 years. After the judgment, the driver's license shall be revoked, and the driver's license shall not be obtained again within 10 years, and the driver's license shall not be driven for life. After the judgment, the driver's license shall be subject to criminal detention and a fine.
How much to drink (drunk) driving:
The standard of drunk driving is very low. You can find out if you drink some!
Even if you're conscious, it's driving.
The right way is not to drink at all.
At present, the app is very convenient at all costs, and it's not hard for a professional valet to be on call. And just for the sake of health, don't drink it.
So how long does it take to drive after drinking?
Most people's ability to break down alcohol is not so strong. They can metabolize 10-15 grams of alcohol per hour. Of course, everyone's physique is different. Some people are faster, some are slower.
Here is a test method:
One leg is upright, the other foot is more than 15cm away from the ground, and the sole of the foot is parallel to the ground. This lasts for 30 seconds. If you swing left and right for more than 15 cm in 30 seconds, you will jump on one foot to keep balance, or if you can't keep it for 30 seconds, you will put down your raised foot, which means that you are temporarily unable to drive.
